That's why we developed this simple four-step guide to help you through the process.

Visit the Availability page to view our current availability and pricing. All of the apartments provide access to our outstanding amenities, and we're confident that you'll find a floor plan that suits your needs.

2. Book an Optional Room TourList Item 2
If you would like to see your future home in person, visit the link below to schedule a 20 minute tour with a member of our team.

3. Submit Your ApplicationList Item 3
Once you've made your decision, visit your favorite apartment's listing page to submit your application.
The Student Agencies staff will review your application and send you a lease for signing (no earlier than August 15th).

4. Signatures and DepositList Item 4
After your application is approved, all tenants and co-signers must sign and return the lease within 24 hours.
Once we receive the signed lease, the Student Agencies staff will countersign and send a copy of the fully executed lease to all tenants and co-signers.
Pay your security deposit within two weeks of receiving your fully executed lease, and you're all set!
